If the machine doesn’t drain, check that the water hose is not clogged or bent, which may prevent the spinner from working properly. 4. Make sure the drain height is less than 45 inches.
• [Overheat Protection] The motor has overheat protection and will automatically stop working when it reaches 275℉, which increases safety and extends the service life of the motor. TROUBLESHOOT
The washer doesn't drain properly.
1. Check for kinks in the drain hose. We recommend a drain height of no more than 45 inches.
2. Check that the machine can drain by gravity:
- Unplug the machine, put down the whole drain hose and put the end into a washbasin.
- Add half of the water to the spin dryer.
- If no water comes out, the machine's drainage system may be clogged.
